One of our customers came to us with the idea to build an overload trailer with tipping function. This trailer is very functional because it can unload it’s contents in a cargo truck without using another machine and another driver. You can probably understand how much time and money this can safe.
The container can be raised to a height of 4.3 meters, completely flat. Even at that height it retains it’s tipping function. The overload trailer is equipped with large 38 inch tires. Those tires provide a lot of carrying capacity which enables us to minimize soil damage and structural decay while keeping it’s functionality on wet terrain. Because the wheels are connected rigidly to the frame, it can unload at height without getting unstable.
